Gladiating
In my last post I mentioned that I wasn't sure if the gladiator trend would work on my 5'2" pregnant frame. I decided to take these Stuart Weitzman's for a spin while on vacation for Passover in Miami. They are actually insanely comfortable...I spent hours walking the boardwalk in them throughout the week! Of course I think they'd look better if I had Amazonian supermodel legs, but I'm not going to let that stop me from gladiating...if Kourtney Kardashian can do it, why can't I? This is one fierce trend! Just make sure to stay in shaded areas as these sandals can lead to some absurd tan-lines. If you happen to live in the Fort Worth, Texas area (my hometown), these gladiators are available for special order at Stanley Eisenman Shoes aka my personal shoe heaven.
Dress: Pixie Market, Hat: ASOS (similar), Sunglasses: Balenciaga, Necklace: Aerin Erickson Beamon, Bag: free gift from Victoria's Secret (seriously!), Sandals: Stuart Weitzman
Apparently you're never too young to gladiate. How precious are these pink glitter gladiators with chiffon bows from Joy Folie? My daughter didn't want to take them off. I have a feeling she'll be LIVING in them this summer!
And I have to share this sweet photo of my loves...melts my heart! Don't worry, Daddy isn't gladiating. He'll leave that to Russell Crowe.
